To the Owners & Developers

Selecting a Foodservice Consultant is usually not on the Owner’s list of things to do. Our scope of work supports the Architect who has likely been involved with your project long before foodservice is needed. If your Architect is not familiar with IFDT, we’d love to submit our credentials for consideration. Allow us to make our case. We understand the design must support the business, not the other way around. Nearly all projects have one of two objectives, if not both – to make money or save money. ROI is a key driver in every decision made from schematic design through equipment specifications. Is this the most efficient flow of food and staff possible? This is the first step to an acceptable food & beverage business ROI.

Our representation of the foodservice business will bring us into the relationship between Owner/Developers and operator such as hotel brands or food contractors. Our role allows us to recognize their priorities. Some of these will contradict. The hotel brand wants top of the line that reflects their reputation. The Owner wants the least expensive option. Sound familiar? We have the experienced needed to present acceptable options for both groups.

Our strategic alliance with Innovative Foodservice Group’s contracting team offers a unique approach to procurement not offered by any other Consultant at our level. We have references to support our claim.

Having read to this point, I am sure you are an experienced Owner or Developer and familiar with importance of the food & beverage operation. As a revenue driver, designing efficiency is a natural approach. We hope to take a call from you or your Architect for an opportunity to make a presentation, submit a design services proposal or answer any questions from design through construction. I am confident we will impress you.

Thank you,
Innovative Foodservice Design Team
